MARTHA RUIZ - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

She has more than 20 years in the accounting field.  Martha was born and raised in Santa Maria and still lives there with her husband Frank.  Frank is also in the Ag business and has been in the industry for more than 30 years.  Prior to Skyline, Martha worked for a local manufacturing company for 19 years.  Currently, Martha is attending Allan Hancock College and working towards a degree in Business.  She's almost done getting that degree.

She's also very active in the community.  For the last 17 years, she's attended Hope Community Church in Santa Maria and is active in numerous programs.  She's also enrolled in an 18 month bible institute and studying all aspects of the good book.  Martha is involved in Relay for Life in Santa Maria which supports Breast Cancer awareness.  Her hope is that one day a cure will be found.

As far as her family, she has two sons, Phillip and Michael.  They also had a new addition to their family this year, daughter-in-law Andie.  Phillip and Andie were married on Father's Day 2011 and of course, they had the most beautiful flower arrangements. Martha loves animals.  She has Nikki, a Shepherd mix and Tiger, an orange Tabby.  In fact, Nikki is 13 years old.  Tiger is six years old and was rescued by Martha.  

In her spare time, she likes to bake, take spin and kickboxing classes and most importantly, spend time with family and friends.  She especially enjoys spending time with her great niece and nephew, Lexi and Jeremiah.  They are toddlers on the run and keep her busy on the weekends!  Her philosophy is to treat others the way she would want to be treated.
