
GERALD GOLDBERG - SEATTLE PRESIDENT
Gerald, son of Joe Goldberg, joined Skyline in 2008 and moved to Seattle in February of 2011 to serve as Seattle President. He grew up in Southern California and has been in the flower industry his entire life. In fact, he spent his summers working farmers markets for Skyline while growing up.
As far as his education, Gerald earned a Business Degree in Marketing from Murray State University in Kentucky and minored in Art. While in college, he also played Division 1AA football for the Racers and received a full football scholarship to attend the university. He also worked hard on his education and numerous semesters made the Honor Roll.
Upon graduating from Murray State University, he moved to Wichita, Kansas to work for a current customer of Skyline, Wichita Wholesale. After a brief stint there, he ventured back to California and joined the Skyline Empire. Gerald also served as a high school football coach at his alma mater Camarillo High School
Something interesting about Gerald, he was an amateur alligator wrestler. He also has a dog named Floyd that's a Great Dane/Boxer mix and he weighs 125 pounds! He describes his beloved animal as the biggest sweetheart in the world. Gerald is a huge music lover and spends much of his free time going to concerts. In fact, his goals are to run a successful business and to go to as many concerts as possible. Gerald loves what Seattle has to offer when it comes to music.
